At eclectic-furniture.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a returns policy for items that are unused and in their original, saleable condition.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit on made-to-order items, which includes most of our furniture and upholstery, unless faulty. We are also unable to accept returns of items that have been specially ordered for you if they are not made to order, unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team within 30 days of receipt to request a returns authorisation. We are unable to process any return without this prior authorisation.

Once authorisation is given, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in their original packaging, securely wrapped and in a saleable condition, within 14 days. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you will be liable for any loss or damage during transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process a refund to the original method of payment for the cost of the goods. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of the return delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact our Customer Services team immediately. We will arrange for the items to be collected, inspected, and then either repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Incorrect Items Received

If you have been sent an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and for the incorrect item to be collected at our expense.
